More from Bill Goodwin

A student of Larry Jennings and certainly one of the top five sleight of hand artists extant, Bill Goodwin has presented us with some of the most visually stunning and technically challenging innovations in card magic to date. Additionally he has contributed immensely to the history of our art with his thorough crediting and excellent writing on the subject.

With Gordon Bean, Mr. Goodwin was responsible for one of the great magazines, Penumbra. Featuring many of the great routines and sleights to come out in recent years, this magazine features Mr. Goodwin’s exquisite King Brand, as well as the epic The Queens, while being very well written and with thorough crediting. Mr. Goodwin also has a number of difficult to locate lecture notes, contributions to magazines, and some excellent video releases, including his DVD Reflection. Additionally, he has re-written an excellent booklet of Larry Jennings material, Up in Smoke, which has some excellent write ups of some great material.

Currently he is the librarian at the Magic Castle and is undoubtedly improving an already impeccable ability and vast knowledge of the art.
